Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodles

Ingredients:

1 cup of softened salted butter

1 1/2 cup of sugar

2 eggs

1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

2 3/4 cups flour

Topping:

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F

In a medium bowl, cream your butter and sugar

Add your eggs and mix until combined

Add your salt, baking powder and flour and mix slowly until just combined

In a small bowl mix together your sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin spice

Scoop 2 tbsp of dough, roll into a ball and roll in your pumpkin spice mix

Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes. If your cookies are too soft, leave them on the hot baking sheet for a few minutes before moving to the cooling rack
