No Churn Strawberry Ice Cream

Our favorite summer party treat!

Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk

10 ounces of strawberries
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 cups heavy whipping cream

Place a medium bowl and a bread pan in the freezer for 30 minutes.

In a large bowl add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, salt, and crushed strawberries (crush or blend them in a seperate bowl before adding them here) Mix well and set aside.

In your bowl from the freezer, add your heavy whipping cream and whip until you get stiff peaks.

Add your whipping cream into your strawberry mixture half at a time, folding in until there are no more streaks.

Then add to your bread pan from the freezer, cover with tin foil or plastic and freeze for 3-4 hours if using tinfoil or overnight if using plastic wrap.

Thaw for a few minutes before serving
