This is one of our very favorite meals!

Ingredients:

3 cups of bone broth

3 squares of ramen noodles (I love costco’s rice ramen)

Lots of Redmond Season Salt (this is to taste but I add about a teaspoon or more)

3 Tablespoons of green onions

1 Tablespoon of garlic

2 Spoon fulls of honey

Rotisserie Chicken

Optional:

Extra green onions

Eggs

Hot Honey

Instructions:

In a pot, bring your bone broth to a boil and then add your noodles and green onion.

While that is cooking, in a separate pan add oil, green onions and your garlic. After a minute or so, add two spoon fulls of honey and your chicken and cook until warm.

Break up your noodles and occasionally stir until they are soft. Add your noodles, extra broth, your chicken, and anything else you’d like to add like hot honey, extra green onion or an egg!
