Creamy Browned Butter Gnocchi
We fed this to some friends recently and one of them said she hated gnocchi until she tried this. It’s absolutely delicious and takes 20 minutes!

Creamy browned butter Gnocchi recipe
Ingredients:
4-5 tablespoons of Browned butter
1 cup of heavy cream
A few sprigs if fresh sage
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
*important note* Gnocchi only takes about 2 minutes to cook so start this sauce before you start to cook your pasta.
-Start by browning your butter in a large saucepan.
-When your butter is almost browned, add your sprigs of sage.
-Once your butter is browned, add in the cream.
-After your cream is in, get your sauce to a simmer.
-When your sauce has come to a simmer, add your cooked Gnocchi into your sauce and bring to a simmer again.
-Add as much fresh grated Parmesan cheese as you’d like and enjoy!
