Cinnamon Maple Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 TBSP cinnamon maple syrup (if using normal maple syrup add a full tablespoon of cinnamon)
1/2 TBSP cinnamon
2 cups heavy whipping cream

Place a medium bowl and a bread pan in the freezer for 30 minutes.

In a large bowl add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, salt, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.

In your bowl from the freezer, add your heavy whipping cream and whip until you get stiff peaks.

Add your whipping cream into your cinnamon mixture half at a time, folding in until there are no more streaks.

Then add to your bread pan from the freezer, cover with tin foil and freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight.
