Ginger Bread Waffles and Cinnamon Cream Syrup

Ingredients:

1/2 cup melted butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup molasses (if you put a little oil in you measuring cup before the molasses it comes out way easier)

2 eggs

1 1/4 cup milk

2 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp fresh ginger (I peel it and then grate it with a microplane)

1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Add everything to a bowl and mix with electric mixer until combined

Cinnamon Cream Syrup:

Ingredients:

5 tbsp melted butter

1 cup heavy cream

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp vanilla extract

Add everything to a saucepan and keep on medium heat. Constantly mix until it thickens (3-5 minutes)
