Bone broth

The best addition to a fall kitchen

Bone broth recipe:

3-4 celery stalks, snapped or chopped in half

3-4 large carrots, snapped or chopped in half

1 onion cut in quarters

3-4 garlic cloves, smashed or chopped

3 bay leaves or any seasoning (I love herbs de provence)

Salt and pepper (about a teaspoon of each)

Beef or Chicken Bones (I most often use bones from a rotisserie chicken)

Place all the ingredients in your instapot and cover everything with water or fill to the max fill line. Cook on high for 1 hour (can also be cooked in a crock pot for

12-24 hours)

I used to use jars but had too many break on me if I overfilled them so now I love Soupercubes! They’re like ice cube trays for soup. Get some here (affiliate link)

I freeze them and keep my freezer stocked so I always have them on hand!
