Brazilian Lemonade Slush
Ingredients:
5 Limes
2 cups of ice water
2/3 cup of sweetened condensed milk
Ice to fill the blender
Optional: Extra lime juice and course sugar
Instructions:
Cut 5 limes into small sections (leave the rinds on) and add to your blender, then add your 2 cups of ice water and pulse for 10-15 seconds.
Strain out the rinds and chunks and add back to the blender, fill up the blender with ice and add your sweetened condensed milk. Blend until the ice has no large chunks.
You can line your cup rim with lime juice and then dip into course sugar as a garnish.
Add extra ice to the cup and serve the lemonade immediately! The longer this sits, the more bitter it will get so drink within 20 minutes.
